Punjab leads Delhi in school infrastructure

Punjab has emerged as the top state in India in providing best infrastructure and facilities to primary and upper primary schools. Punjab education minister Upinderjit Kaur said Punjab has replaced Delhi, which is now behind it in second place in infrastructure index.

IIT Kanpur gets green signal for extension centre in Noida

Having obtained permission from the Ministry of HRD, IIT Kanpur is set to start work on the proposed extension centre in Noida soon. According to Registrar of IIT Kanpur Sanjiv Kashalkar, the centre is going to be ready by 2012.
