Ivan’s High School, a higher secondary school,  has been caught running higher secondary courses illegally Parassala, Thiruvananthapuram. Consequent to this development the Kerala Government cracked the whip withdrawing the batches allotted to the school.

Performance of the government schools in Delhi has been steadily on the rise for the past several years. This year too these schools proved their mettle registering an increase of 5.76 percent pass percentage from last year in CBSE Class X results with an excellent 89.44 per cent of students clearing the exams.

Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the Class X results on Friday for Delhi. As in the case of Class XII Class X results too saw Chennai region topping the CBSE examination for the second consecutive year with an overall pass percentage of 95.6, way ahead of Delhi’s 87.70.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to declare Class 12 Board Examination results 2009 for Ajmer, Chennai and Panchkula regions on Wednesday.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has said that it will declare the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE - Class X) Examination and Indian School Certificate (ISC - Class XII) Examination results 2009 on May 20, 2009 at 11:00 am IST.
