CBSE declares Class 10 results

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has come up with the results of Class 10 Board Examinations 2009 for the Chennai, Ajmer and Panchkula regions.

Around 824,438 students - 487,475 male candidates and 336,963 female candidates – appeared for the Class 10 board exams throughout the country and abroad this year.

Besides, telephonic counselling is launched by CBSE to assist students conquer stress and anxiety after the board results. India has almost 18 helpline centres, while abroad has - Dubai, Doha-Qatar and Kuwait.
