A reserved category candidate has made it the civil services examination but for making use of any quota. As a result, the question arises if he should make use of quota to grow his chances in the services.
The Supreme Court, with regard to this, has taken decision to examine whether he should be allowed to use it or not. The question will be examined by a constitution bench, Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan ordered.
