Course correction for those with low SSLC scores

The National Institute of Open School has come out with a fabulous scheme to benefit those with low SSLC scores. Under the scheme aimed at continuing education a candidate is allowed to opt for subjects from the Scheme of Studies (group A/B) to qualify for a Senior Secondary Certification equivalent to XII standard.

For certification, completion of at least five subjects successfully is obligatory.

Group -A Hindi (301), English (302), Urdu (306)
Group -B Mathematics (311), *Physics(312), Chemistry (313), *Biology (314), History (315), *Geography ( 316), Political Science (317), Economics ( 318), Commerce (319), Accountancy (320), *Home Science (321), *Word Processing (E) (327), Psychology (328), *Computer Science (330), Sociology (331), *Painting (332) * Theory+ Practical (The numbers are the courses' codes).

Application forms for the above courses will be made available in the month of July.
