The University of Calcutta (CU) - Kolkata has already released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering offered at the Department of Applied Physics for the academic session 2017.

All the interested candidates need to possess a Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent from a recognised university/institute with at least 55 per cent in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale.
