2.Awareness on Ayurvedic life style
This program helps to give an idea about the principles of Ayurveda and one can improve the quality of his / her health by practicing the principles mentioned such as diet, routine, exercise etc
This is a 4 day short -course that creates brief awareness on ayurvedic principles & life style
Student will be able to apply ayurvedic life style advices in maintaining own health

3.Ayurveda Diet
This program helps the person gain good knowledge about Ayurvedic concepts of food, factors influencing food and Ayurvedic menu planning. 1.Ayurveda Wellness Healer (AWH )
Advanced ayurvedic learning for providing health care solutions on a wellness perspective. After the completion of the course, the students would be capable of rendering life style advices and natural remedies for common health issues. The course being designed in three levels ;
1st level is Primary awareness in ayurvedic principles & panchakarma . This program gives a brief knowledge about the science and philosophy of Ayurveda and a general awareness about Panchakarma. Student will be capable of working as an ayurveda therapist
2nd level is Advanced Ayurveda Learning Level 1.This programm gives a brief idea on ayurvedic herbology, pharmacology & pathology.
3rd level is Advanced Ayurveda Learning Level 2.This programm gives a brief idea about ayurvedic nutrition, ayurvedic beauty care& herbal remedies for life style induced disorders. The students are also given sessions of clinical exposure both on OP and IP basis.
