Ambedkar University (AUD)-Delhi has released an official notification inviting all the interested, eligible candidates for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Women's and Gender Studies for the academic session 2017.
The Women's and Gender Studies PhD programme is conducted jointly by Ambedkar University Delhi and Centre for Women's Development Studies (Delhi) as part of collaboration between the two institutions.
All the eligible candidates are requested to apply through prescribed format latest by November 21.
Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
All the candidates interested in applying need to possess a degree in Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Women's and Gender Studies or in a related filed from a recognised institute/ university with at least 55 per cent or equivalent grade.
Also, candidates should have at least two years of work experience or publications in a related field.
Selection procedure:
The selection process will comprise of three components: research proposal, entrance exam and interview round.
