The Alliance University has released an admission notification inviting applications from interested, eligible candidates to apply for its Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science and engineering and information technology and lateral entry to three-year BTech programmes at Alliance College of Engineering and Design for the academic session 2017.

The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have passed class 12 examination, with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with chemistry/biotechnology/biology/technical vocational subject.
They must have obtained at least 45 per cent marks (40 per cent in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Lateral entry to BTech programme:
The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have pursued diploma or an equivalent qualification, from a recognised university or institution, with 45 per cent marks (40 per cent in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the final year examination (fifth and sixth semesters) in an appropriate branch of engineering.
Those who possess scores of JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced), Karnataka-CET, COMED-K, Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET), or any other state-level engineering entrance examination can also apply.
Selection procedure
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the following two stages:
Stage 1: Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) conducted by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design
Stage 2: Personal interview.
