Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur for the admission to post graduate management programmes will be held on January 8th, 2016. The scores of XAT 2017 will be accepted at more than 150 B-schools in India. Candidates are required to provide their e-mail id after which they will receive a unique XAT ID.
Candidates will need to quote your email (provided during the registration) and XAT ID for all future communication. It is important for the candidates to provide a valid e-mail address. It is important for the candidates to ensure that they need to use your personal email address only as their primary email address in the application. The aspirants of XAT 2017 can also use their official e-mail address. It is important for candidates to add [email protected] as trusted sources in the anti-Spam software of their email. Otherwise, they will not receive important emails or they will get delivered to their Spam/junk folder.
Candidates are required to access their emails regularly and ensure that their inbox is accessible. The XAT ID and password provides the candidates with an individual login on www.xatonline.net.in and on frequent intervals, aspirants will need to check for mails from XAT & other associated institutes.
Candidates must ensure that if they do not receive the registration confirmation mail, with their XAT ID & Password, within 24 hours of signing up, they will be required to check their spam/junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If the aspirants are unable to locate the email, aspirants will be required to write to [email protected] citing their primary email id.or call us up on 1800 300 20677 between 09.00 am and 08.00 pm. The format of XAT 2017 would remain in pen-paper mode. With XAT 2017 scores candidates will be able to get admission to XLRI and other XAMI institutions.
Applicants are required to note that registration for XAT 2016 and appearing for XAT 2016 is the preliminary step towards applying to XLRI and XAT Associate Institutes. Applicants to different institutes, besides XLRI have to apply separately to Institutes of their choice. Applicants for XAT 2017 can choose to pay online using credit card/ debit card/ online banking. Candidates can also make payment through a demand draft made from any bank (in favour of XLRI Jamshedpur A/C XAT).
