Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), a Central University has invited applications for the PhD programme. Maulana Azad National Urdu University Admission 2017-18 offers various courses in Urdu, English, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Public Administration, Journalism and Mass Communication, Islamic Studies, Social Work, Education, History, Economics, Management, Sociology, Political Science, Translation Studies, Mathematics, Zoology, Computer Science, Commerce, Women Studies.
For the PhD programme, the last date for Submission of filled-in Application Forms for MPhil /PhD Program is May 5, 2017. Aspirants are required to note that the application forms can be only filled online. Once the aspirants are done with filling the application form, the computer will generate application number (User name) and password for future reference. National Institute of Design has invited application for the PhD in Design for the 2017-18 session. The course will be 3 year in case the aspirants apply for the full time course while for the part time course, the duration will be 5 years. Aspirants are required to note PhD in Design is offered at NID’s campuses in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Gandhinagar.
Aspirants must know that the last date for submitting the application through e-mail is March 31, 2017, while the last date for submitting printed application forms accompanied with a demand draft (to be hand delivered or sent via speed post, registered post or courier) is April 7, 2017. It is also important for the candidates to download admit cards for design research test (DRT) from NID website till April 14, 2017. The DRT at NID will be commence on April 26, 2017. While thew interviews and presentations by selected candidates will be done from April 28, 2017, April 29, 2017 and April 30, 3017. Aspirants are required to note that the final list of selected candidates will be done on May 5, 2017. The PhD programme will commence on August 17, 2017.
The other universities which have offered PhD programme include Shivaji University and South Asian University. For admissions to South Asian University,aspirants will need to apply by March 25, 2017 and the entrance test will be conducted on April 9, 2017.
