Applications for the NCC special entry scheme can now be made online on www.careerairforce.nic.in. Only men were eligible for the scheme earlier. But now women cadets holding Air wing 'C' certificate can also apply for the scheme.
The induction of officers through NCC special entry for male cadets would be for permanent commission (PC) and short service commission (SSC), while women cadets would be inducted for SSC only.
The online registration and submission will commence on May 20 and close on Jun 15. Details instructions on the subject would be issued by director general of the NCC.
