UPSC CDS Exam (II) 2017: Registrations end today at upsc.gov.in, apply now

The UPSC CDS (Combined Defence Services) Examination II, 2017 registration process concludes today, September 8 at 6 pm.

All the candidates are requested to apply for the UPSC CDS Exam (II), 2017 on the official website, the link for which is upsc.gov.in 

The UPSC CDS II examination is scheduled to be held on November 19.

Steps to apply for UPSC CDS Exam (II) 2017:

Go to the official website, upsconline.gov.in

Click on the tab 'Apply Online'

Click on 'Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC'

Enter all the required information in the prescribed format

In part II, fill the payment details and choice of exam centre, upload your photo and signature

Click to submit

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

IMA and Officers' Training Academy: Candidates interested in applying need to possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university or equivalent.

Indian Naval Academy: Interested applicants must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognised university/Institution.

Air Force Academy: Candidates must possess a degree from a recognised university (with Physics and Mathematics in Class 12) or a Bachelor of Engineering.

Age limit:

The male candidate should be not less than July 2, 1994 born and not later than July 1, 1999. For the Indian Air Force, age should be 20 to 24 years. While only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply in the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force, only married candidates above 25 years of age can apply in the latter.

Application fee:

The candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 200. However, candidates from reserved category are exempted from paying application fee.
