The exam dates for UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPES DAT 2017) have been released by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. All those candidates who are interested in applying are required to apply at the official website www.upes.ac.in. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from April 12 to 15, 2017 for granting admission into Bachelor of Design (BDes) programme for the academic session 2017.
Those interested in applying should have secured at least 50 per cent marks at higher and senior secondary level (class 10 and 12) and minimum 50 per cent aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics at senior secondary level (class 12).
If applying through board merit: Those interested in applying should have secured at least 65 per cent marks at higher and senior secondary level (class 10 and 12) and minimum 65 per cent aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology at senior secondary level (class 12).
The duration of the exam will be one hour.
How to Apply:
Interested, eligible candidates are required to apply online at the official website. The prospectus and application form can also be obtained by sending a demand draft/by depositing cash.
Through demand draft: The candidates obtain it by sending a demand draft of Rs1,850 in favour of 'UPES Fee Account', payable at New Delhi to 'University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, 'Enrollments Office, UPES, 210, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi 110020.'
Through cash: The candidates can obtain it by paying Rs1,750 at the admission counters at Ahmedabad/Chandigarh/Cochin/Coimbatore/Delhi/Dehradun/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Mumbai.
UPES-DAT will be conducted from April 12 to 15, 2017.
